As of August 2018, forty years since I became a full time appraiser, Susan McKey Appraisal Services has appraised 29,231 properties, including single family homes, condominiums, townhomes, residential vacant lots and acreage sites, duplexes, and fourplexes.
I have worked for lenders, homebuilders, homeowners, including people going through divorce proceedings and owners of homes in succession. I have also conducted pre and post foreclosure appraisals for lenders.
My experience spans through peaks and lows of this housing market as well as thru several recessions, hurricanes, floods, etc. Most recently my vast experience has been used to appraise homes that were flooded during The Great flood of 2016.
