About
My mother, Rochelle Anderson, was a very successful realtor in the 1970s and 1980s. I started as a real estate agent and appraiser during my sophomore year at LSU, forty years ago. I like real estate in general but I really love being able to use fair and objective standards to evaluate a property’s value so that owners and potential owners know what they have. Property values fluctuate but having definable appraisal standards that are fair to everyone provides a measure of stability. I have been doing this long enough that I have also learned what upgrades a property owner can make that will give them the most value for the most money. I particularly enjoy providing that service for people because home ownership and remodeling can be expensive and everyone needs someone they can trust to advise them.

MAI Member – The appraisal Institute – Certificate No.: 9115. “The Appraisal Institute (formerly the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers) conducts a voluntary program of continuing education for its designated members. MAIs and SRAs who meet the minimum standards of this program are awarded periodic educational certification.” As of the date of this report, I have completed the requirements under the continuing education program of the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers.
